This program is aligned with the ICF Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) and prepares coaches to lead team coaching engagements. It covers High Performance Team Coaching, Advanced Team Coaching, and includes 5 hours of Team Coaching Supervision.
The certification is made up of three parts: High Performance Team Coaching (8 online sessions or 4 onsite days), Advanced Team Coaching (10 online sessions or 5 onsite days), and Team Coaching Supervision (2 online sessions). The program blends theory with practical experience, so participants are ready to step into a team coaching role as soon as they complete the requirements.

- Apply social psychology and brain science to support efficient and productive team conversations
